He finished the secondary school 145 of Nizami district of Baku in 1988. He entered the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy (current ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ) the same year and studied in the Faculty of Accounting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In December of 1989, he was called to army. After the military service, on October 1 1992 Fuad Rzayev started to serve in the National Guard of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the basis of the decree of Nizami district Commissariat.He continued his studies part-time and was an active participants of the military operations held for Daghligh Garabagh, namely in the direction of Gubadli. Fuad Rzayev was killed on June 4 1993 within the fights for the protection and\u00a0improvement of our statehood during the Ganja events.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He was buried in the \u201cMartyrs\u2019 Alley\u201d of Baku on June 8.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comming to ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ, Martyr&#8217;s mother Farida Rzayeva visited the Memorial Complex erected here and shared her memories about son with the academic and students staffs of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ. Farida khanum highlighted that her son always loved the Motherland, our state, and was\u00a0ready to sacrifise his soul for,\u00a0along with giving priority to education and science: &#8220;Fuad&#8217;s heroism is an example not only for his younger brothers, but also for Azerbaijani youth!&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today is ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ&#8217;s eternal student Fuad Rzayev&#8217;s memorial day.
