He was born in 1974.
Got his Bachelors Degree from Baku State Institute of Commodity Research and Commerce in Commodity Research of Non-food in 1997 and in 1999 his Masters in the same major with honors.
He started labor activity at the same institute as an laboratory assistant in 1999, was transferred to the Department of Commerce of Azerbaijan State University of Economics to the position of teacher in 2001 and has been working at the Department of Marketing since 2004.
Currently, he is a lecturer at the Department of Business Administration.
He served as a Deputy Dean of the Faculty Commerce in 2015-2016.
Currently he is a Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management.
He is the author of about 25 scientific works.
He is married, has got two children.
