Bayramova Khalide Nuru kizi was born on January 20 1964 in Baku.
She graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2001 she™s been working in ASUE. She defended her Candidate™s paper in 2007 and became a Candidate of Economics. She is the author of 9 scientific works.

Kh.N.Bayramova is an active participant in the social life of the country; she is First Deputy Head of the Sabail district Executive Power.
She is married, has got two children.
