In order to ensure the implementation of the decision of the Scientific Council of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ dated 16.09.2022, the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Accounting and Financial Research Center was established on 13.10.2022.
According to the order of the Rector of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ No. 1019/3/2022 dated December 01, 2022, the management of the center on a public basis was entrusted to Ph.D. Malikov Kamran Telman oghlu
