He is a teacher of the department of International Relations at  Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
According to the order of the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Rector No. 230/3/2020, he has headed the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ  Research Center for Health Economics on a public basis (2020-2021).
