Applications for second higher education programmes are accepted exclusively in electronic format throughԻ.Applicants wishing to enroll in the above-mentioned programmes must first submit the required documents electronically through the portaland subsequently through. Applicants who satisfy the relevant admission requirements will be granted the right to pursue a second higher education degree.
Application period:June 3 August 31, 2026.
Applicants seeking admission to a second higher education programme are required to submit the following documents electronically:
- An application addressed to the Rector;
- A notarized copy of the higher education diploma, together with the diploma supplement (transcript);
- One 3×4 cm photograph;
- A copy of the national identity card.
Note:Individuals who obtained higher education qualifications in foreign countries after 1993 may pursue a second higher education degree at the University only after their diplomas have been officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with the established procedures.
