PhD Law, Assosiate Professor, Hatamzade Farid Eldar
 He was born on September 16, 1983 in Baku.
In 2004 he received a bachelor’s degree at the faculty of International Law of Baku State University;
In 2006 he graduated from the same faculty with a master’s degree.
In 2010 he defended his thesis.
He is PhDÂ in Law.

Since 2011, he has worked as a senior lecturer at the “Economic Law” department of  Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
He is currently an associate professor at the department of Economic Law of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ.
He is the author of 15 articles and 1 monograph.
He is married.
