Born in 1986 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
She graduated from Secondary School No. 19 in Baku in 2004 and was admitted to the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ) in the same year, majoring in “Economics and Management of Production and Service Sectors.” In 2017, she continued her studies at the master™s level at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ, specializing in Management.

She began her professional career in 2005 at the State Aerogeodesy Enterprise.
Currently, she serves as a Senior Specialist in the Human Resources Department of the “Baku Main Health Center,” a public legal entity under the Human Resources and Legal Affairs Department.
Ms. Mahmudzada is also a lecturer in the “Career Planning and Development” Department at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ.
