Muradova Hijran Rafig kizi was born in Baku in 1977.
She graduated from the Faculty of International Economic Relations of Higher College of Public Policy and entered the master faculty the same year.
She got the Masters Degree with the honorary diploma in 2001.
Currently, he is a lecturer at the Department of Business Administration.
Since 2001 she worked as a laboratory assistant at the Chair Marketing of Production Means of Azerbaijan State Economic University, then a senior assistant, since 2002 until present she works as a techer of the Chair.
H.Muradova is married, has two children.
