Online Admission Process for Master™s Applications at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ

Document submission for students admitted to master™s programs at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ will be conducted electronically from July 9 to July 18.

Students admitted to master™s programs must upload their documents by visiting the official ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ website (unec.edu.az) and accessing the “Student Cabinet” registration section (kabinet.unec.edu.az).

Additionally, bachelor™s graduates must also register on the portal.edu.az website.

Note: Those who do not register on portal.edu.az will be considered unregistered by the State Examination Center (SEC) and will not receive an official admission order.

Documents Required for State-Funded and Paid Admissions:

– Photo (3×4 cm on a white background);

– Copy of ID card;

– Educational document “ Copy of diploma and transcript (for previous years’ graduates); for current graduates, a graduation certificate from the university;

– Military registration card or military ID (for male students);

– Tuition payment receipt (only for those admitted on a paid basis).

Note: Students admitted on a paid basis must pay at least 50% of their first-year tuition during registration.

 

Documents Required for Tuition Exemption:

  1. Students with first and second-degree disabilities:

– Form 88 from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection,

– Copy of birth certificate.

  1. Students with IDP (Internally Displaced Person) status:

– Notarized copy of IDP certificate valid until the end of the current year.

  1. Orphans and those deprived of parental care:

– Death certificate of deceased parent(s),

– Form 88,

– Copy of birth certificate.

Note: Documents must be notarized if not available electronically.

 

  1. Members of martyr families:

– Martyr family certificate,

– Copy of birth certificate.

Note: Tuition exemption applies until the student turns 23.

 

  1. Children of veterans disabled in defense of Azerbaijan’s sovereignty and independence:

– Form 88,

– Copy of parent™s ID,

– Copy of birth certificate.

 

  1. Children of those who died or went missing in military service or were declared deceased by court order:

– Document from the Ministry of Defense or court decision for missing persons,

– Copy of birth certificate.

Note: The exemption applies only to first-time master™s students.

 

A Support Center for document submission at the master™s level has been established at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ.
