Noting that the expanding cooperation with overseas higher education institutions is the main target of ݮƵ within the recent years, Ferrukh Tuzchuoghlu especially touched upon the significance of the contracts signed with the influential Universities of Ankara, Gazi and Hajettepe of Turkey.
