October 12 is the commemoration day of Eldar Aliyev, a graduate of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ), martyr of the Patriotic War, who was martyred for the freedom of Karabakh.
On the memorial day of Eldar Aliyev, a commemorative plaque was opened in front of his house in Ahmedli settlement. In addition to the family members of the martyr, ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ vice-rector for Digitalization Ragif Gasimov, professor Dr. Mehmet Yüce, dean of the Faculty of Economics of the Turkic World (TUDÄ°FAK), chairman of the Student Trade Union Committee of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Rufat Süleymanli, deputy deans, head of the Department of Economics and Business Ogtay attended the event. Guliyev and other public representatives participated.
Then the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ team visited the martyr’s grave, paid tribute to his dear memory, and laid wreaths and flowers in front of it.
