Student-scientific Conference held at ݮƵ: The Role of Financial Institutions in ensuring the Sustainability of Economic Growth in Azerbaijan
A Student-scientific conference on The Role of Financial Institutions in ensuring the Sustainability of Economic Growth in Azerbaijan has been held at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (ݮƵ).
The conference organized by the Student Scientific Society(SSS) of the School of Finance and Accountingwas chaired by the Vice-rector of ݮƵ for Students Affairs Saadat Gandilova, Dean of the School of Finance and Accounting Geray Musayevand Head of the Department of Finance and Financial InstitutionsAvaz Alakbarov.
Eighteen reports were heard within the conference attended by 50 students. After the discussions, Mammadagha Mammadovs article on The Role of Commercial Banks in Diversification of Economy was awarded by the jury. Saida Khalils article on The Role of Investments in ensuring Sustainable Socio-economic Development of the Country and Aygun Abbasovas article on Investments in Azerbaijans Economy and its Impact on the Development of Non-oil Sector became II. Four III places were defined in the Conference. These places were occupied by Nazli Mammadovas article on Impact of Devaluation to Banking, Khazar Aslanlis article on The Role of Financial Institutions in the Development of the Agriculture in Azerbaijan, Ulvi Bayramzades article on Financial Statements and Theoretical and Methodological Aspects of designing them and Elvin Huseynlis article on The Absolute Monopoly Market.
Winners were presented special gifts of PASHA Life Insurance.
